Next tournament is Sunday, May 18th at Muni, and is the first round of this year’s Club Championship. E-mail invitations are out via Golf Genius. Please respond by May 11, or call Dave Kohler at the number below. Round Two will be at The Mission Club on June 8th, and the third and final round will be back at Muni on June 22nd. Please plan accordingly.

📌 Enter gross scores only — the committee handles total scoring.

🔍 Double check scores before turning in the card.

🧾 If you’re scoring for another player, compare your marker scores with their official card before submission.

Call the course morning-of.
If they’re open and carts are allowed, the tournament is on.

🧠 Handicap System Reminder

🏌️‍♂️ Familiarize yourself with the new World Handicap System.
⛳ Key Change: Net Double Bogey replaces the old ESC system.

⚠️ Match Play Scoring

🎯 If match ends early (e.g., 14 holes), take net par on the remaining for GHIN posting.
⛳ If you keep playing, post actual scores for remaining holes.

Help – Golf Genius & Tee Time Signups

To participate in club events or leagues through Golf Genius, please follow the steps below:

📝 Step 1: Join the Master Roster
Before you can receive email invitations or register for events, you must first be added to the club’s master roster on Golf Genius.

👉 How to Join:
Fill out the registration form provided by the club OR

Once you’re added to the master roster, you’ll be able to receive event invites and access the portal.

📧 Step 2: Sign Up for Events or Leagues

✅ Option 1: Via Email Invitation
You’ll receive an email invite for each event. Just click the link — it logs you in automatically, no username or password needed.

🖥️ Option 2: Through the Web Portal
Go to the club’s Golf Genius Portal and choose your sign-in method:
• Login with account: Use your Golf Genius username and password
• Login with GGID: Use the event-specific Golf Genius ID (GGID) provided by the club.

🔐 No GGID? Wait for the club email or reach out to us for it.

REMINDER CONCERNING POSTING SCORES: AT HOME, JUST TOUCH THE SCREEN TO BEGIN;

AWAY, HIT THE BUTTON ON THE TOP LEFT FOR GUEST POSTING.

WHEN YOU REACH THE FINAL SCREEN THERE IS A COLUMN OF INFORMATION ON THE LEFT

SIDE WITH COURSE, SCORE, DATE, ETC. – BEFORE YOU HIT ‘POST’, HIT THE BUTTON

THAT SAYS “TYPE”AND THEN ENTER ‘TOURNAMENT’ WHEN YOU ARE POSTING

A PAISANO TOURNAMENT SCORE BEFORE  YOU DO THE FINAL ‘POST’.

Consider carrying an application in your golf bag in the event that you run across a  prospective

New Paisano while golfing.  Applications available at the bulletin board at Muni

and also from the Tournament Committee at tournaments.
